Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn't fit — we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy complies with the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law.
Right to Return
- — You may return items of proper quality within 14 days of receiving your order.
- — Items of improper quality (manufacturing defects) may be returned within the warranty period.
- — The right to return is guaranteed by Article 9 of the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law.
Return Conditions
- — The item has not been used and retains its original appearance and consumer properties.
- — All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
- — Proof of purchase is available (receipt or order number).
- — The item shows no signs of wear, washing, perfume, or deodorant.
Return Restrictions
- — Per Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172, lingerie of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been used.
- — This applies to all items that have had direct body contact, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Return Process
- — Contact us via Instagram (@inchbodycloth) or email within 14 days of receiving your order.
- — Describe the reason for the return and send photos of the item.
- — After approval, ship the item via Nova Poshta to the specified address.
- — Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except when a defective item was received.
Refunds
- — Refunds are processed within 14 days after the Seller receives and inspects the returned item.
- — Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
- — Exchanges for a different size are possible subject to stock availability.
- — Contact us for an exchange and we'll help find the right option.
