About INCH gift cards
An INCH gift card is a thoughtful way to share our world of body-cloth design with someone you love. Each card unlocks access to the full INCH collection — from sculpted bodysuits and refined bras to the signature legwear we're known for. The recipient picks her own size, color and silhouette, so the fit and feel are exactly right. Orders against a card are arranged over Instagram DM at @inchbodycloth: message us and we'll put the order together and confirm delivery. Cards are issued in fixed denominations of 3 000, 5 000 and 10 000 UAH; if you need a custom amount, message us on Instagram and we'll arrange it manually.
Who they're for
Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette gifts, holidays, or simply because. A gift card is the right call when you want to give something personal but want her to choose the exact piece herself — useful for milestone moments where guessing size or color is risky. They're also a practical pick for friends and family living outside Ukraine: we ship the physical card worldwide, with the exception of russia and belarus, and include a printed dedication with the sender's name and message.
Frequently asked questions
- How is the gift card delivered?
- We ship a physical INCH gift card in branded packaging via Nova Poshta inside Ukraine, or via international carrier to any country we deliver to. Once it ships you'll receive a tracking number by email; standard domestic delivery takes 1–3 business days.
- Can the recipient see who sent the card?
- Yes. When you order, you can include a personal message and the sender's name. The card arrives with your dedication printed on the accompanying note inside the packaging.
- Does the gift card expire?
- Gift cards are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or the maximum period allowed by Ukrainian law. After expiration any unused balance cannot be redeemed, exchanged or refunded.
- Can it be used across multiple orders?
- No. Each INCH gift card must be redeemed in a single order arranged over Instagram DM. If your order total is below the card value, the remaining balance is forfeited — so we recommend choosing pieces that match or exceed the card amount.
- Can I get a refund on a gift card?
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. A card can only be used to pay for an order placed through our Instagram DM, @inchbodycloth.
- Will the recipient know the amount?
- Yes — the card prints the denomination on its face. If you'd prefer to keep the amount private, mention it in your Instagram DM when arranging a custom order and we'll send a neutral version.
Terms & conditions
- 01This Gift Card Policy governs the use and redemption of INCH gift cards. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to comply with these terms.
- 02A card is redeemed when you place your order via Instagram DM at @inchbodycloth — card codes are not applied on the website. Gift cards may only be used for a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple orders or broken into smaller amounts. The full value of the card must be applied to a single purchase.
- 03If a purchase is made using a gift card and the order amount is less than the card value, any remaining balance will be forfeited. No refunds, credits or cash will be issued for the unused portion.
- 04Gift cards are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law. After expiration, gift cards cannot be used, returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- 05INCH reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website; it is your responsibility to review the Policy periodically for updates.
- 06By purchasing, accepting or using an INCH gift card, you agree to comply with the terms of this Policy, which may be amended over time. If you disagree with any part of this Policy, you should not purchase, accept or use an INCH gift card.
